Two struggling Real Estate brokers in New York City stumble on a to a billion dollar development exclusive with a catch, they have to get rid of the last hold-over tenant.
I have written a little but have not been published and I got the idea to write this after working in real estate a few years.

Every other word that describes speed have been taken. Get this one while you can.
When Fraser comes back from a near-death experience, he brings back with him a gift the ability to rewind time.
Genre: Action
Fraser Yalper has the ability to rewind time, but only when his heart rate is above 150 beats a minute. He uses this ability for his own devices, until he becomes involved with a shady nightclub owner, Leo Abdas, who uses Fraser to create wealth for himself.
When Fraser's rewind time skills are exploited by Leo on a heist at Giant's Stadium, the stakes are raised when the FBI become invovled. Soon Fraser is on the run from the police, and propelled into a desperate race, to try and save the girl he loves from the clutches of the maniacal Leo.
I have studied screenwriting at University level and am currently working on my second action screenplay.

WHISTLING NOSTRIL
This script query boasts quite the genre- you know the sex/secret agent/action spoof one- but will it hold up? Well, I'd say any plot that manages to involve "jock itch" is a winner in my book!
TITLE: WHISTLING NOSTRIL
GENRE: SEX/SECRET AGENT/ACTION SPOOF
LOGLINE: A bumbling British Secret Service Agent battles TURD and SMUT to prevent the world-wide distribution of their sex-destroying, permafrost-inducing condoms.
SYNOPSIS: British Secret Service Agent PLUMM PUDDEN - code name WHISTLING NOSTRIL - battles PAPILLON, the leader of TURD (Terror under Revolutionary Deviates), and his cronies GORGONZOLA and the gorilla AMAZONIA. Plumm also fights DR. STRANGECOCK, the high priest of SMUT (Society of Mentally Unbalanced Tyrants), and his cohorts HIMMELFART and the Three Scrooges - HORNBLOWER, CORKSCREW and SALTPETER in the doctor's remote lab/mansion located in the Florida Everglades. He defeats a great white shark MAWS, a laser-firing Eunuch, a farting Moonie and the doctor's three Scrooges. Finally captured, he's imprisoned in the doctor's DOOM ROOM to be sliced in half by a razor-sharp pendulum. Using a fungus ring that causes extreme jock itch, he escapes along with two gorgeous captive females.

X Marks the Spot
This is from a 2 person writing team from Australia, and honestly I think describing the plot of any/every pirate movie ever made is not exactly the best way to pitch this. Just a constructive criticism.
"X Marks the Spot" is an action/adventure pirate comedy film which follows the bumbling Pirate Des and his inept crew as they attempt to bury the two Great Pirate Treasures that they have just stolen from the notorious Captain Good. Can Pirate Des outrun Captain Good? And who is the mysterious stowaway Sally and why is she so desperate to recover her Sterling Silver Serving Tray and Sterling Silver Goblets...?
